Accounting Assistant - Part time - US Tech Solutions

**Job Description:** + Relates to an organization's processes, procedures, controls and records for conduct and management of all aspects of financial transactions, events, and situations. + Inclusive of accounting, budgetary controls, cash receipts and disbursements, payroll, credit and collections, financing, investments, risk management, tax and audit. + Researches and compiles special reports. + Typically provides accounting services to support ongoing activities. + Works on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations. + May determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to other personnel. **Experience:** + 3-5+ years' work experience in accounting and administrative management + Understanding of budgeting, reporting, forecasting + Project cost accounting + AP AR + Tracking of paid time off + Business licenses + Inventory system + Related skills as necessary **Skills:** + Understanding of budgeting, reporting, forecasting + Project cost accounting + AP AR + Tracking of paid time off + Business licenses + Inventory system + Related skills as necessary **Education:** + Minimum Associate's Degree in Bookkeeping & Administration, with relevant work experience + Four year Bachelor's Degree preferred **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
