What you'll do:
- Compute, verify, review and post production
- Close orders/run production reports
- Process and transmit Weekly Hourly payroll
- Process accounts payable / purchase orders to ensure payments to vendors are charged to correct accounts
- Process "Hold for Inspection" documents to determine if "suspect" goods are suitable for sale
- Unlock and lock-up main office
- Perform any special assignments or projects and provide assistance to the Accounting Department
- Prepare/reconcile WIP and raw materials inventory monthly
- Research inventory discrepancies. Direct, research and correct production reporting issues for inventory control
- Monthly close, generate and post journal entries. Make adjustments according to monthly inventories to control inventories, close books and generate monthly statements
- Daily invoicing and create manual invoices for the sale of scrap materials

What you'll need to have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- College level accounting courses
- Five (5) years of office manufacturing experience
