Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: $24 - $27 per hr.

Ledgent's client is a dynamic construction company, looking for an Accounting Assistant to join their team. We are committed to excellence and are seeking a detail-oriented individual with experience in pre liens and QuickBooks Desktop to support our accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable
- Pre liens, conditional and unconditional waiver experience is a huge plus!
- Prepare and process pre liens and related documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Desktop
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly closing activities
- Support financial reporting and data entry tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate accounting processes
- Open to learning processes with a great atitude
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is a must
- Familiarity with pre liens and related accounting practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
Pay $24 - $27 per hr.
