$16.85-$20.00
1st Shift (6:00am-2:30pm)
Lead Marine has immediate openings for Estimators for the Shipyard Industry here in San Diego. You will be expected to timely process vendor invoices and special projects. Reporting to the Cash Management Supervisor and/or Manager. Maintains internal contacts with Supply Chain Management, Warehousing and external contacts with suppliers.

Responsibilities:
- Review and process supplier invoices for completeness, accuracy and proper authorization.
- Answer supplier /buyer inquires on a daily basis.
- Resolve supplier/Supply Chain Management/Warehousing invoice related problems.
- Analyze the AP Error/Exception Report and make timely corrections/resolutions.
- File and open mail on a daily basis.
- Must be able to work holidays, weekends and overtime, if needed.
- Assist with Special Projects (i.e. Sales Tax).
- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in an Accounts Payable or Finance environment.
- Knowledge of the Accounts Payable system.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and general accounting procedures.
- Computer literate with data input accuracy.
- Good communications skills and a team player
- Actively participates in implementing and monitoring continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, improve quality, reduce cycle time and reduce costs.
