Job Responsibilities:
- Enter financial transactions into accounting software with accuracy.
- Prepare, review, and process invoices for payments.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain and track expense reports and reimbursements.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including managing vendor and customer accounts.
- Accurately input and update financial data in spreadsheets and accounting systems.
- Assist in generating financial reports and statements as needed.
- Organize and maintain accounting records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
- Help prepare for internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
