• Full-cycle accounts payable of 30 invoices per week
• Processing payroll for 50 employees
• Bank reconciliations
• Processing reporting from the customer relationship management system

Background Expected of the Accounting Assistant:

• Bachelor degree in accounting OR 4 years of accounting experience
• Full understanding of GAAP and accounting processes
• Basic Excel skills and experience with one major ERP
