Accounting Associate - Kingdom One

Kingdom One is looking for an Accounting Associate to join our team. Kingdom One is a rapidly growing non-profit organization. This work will be like nothing you’ve ever done before!

We’re looking for someone who will:

• Create, review and maintain financial records, documents and data. 
• Ensure the integrity of financial information by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts payable and receivable, bank deposits, credit card reconciliation, month-end close, year-end reporting and other accounting tasks for our customer ministries..
• Support the budget preparation in collaboration with the Finance Director and Accounting Manager.
• Reviews accounting systems and procedures.
• Provide assistance to the Accounting team with additional project work. (e.g. reports, bookkeeping, audits, etc.).
• Contribute to special projects as assigned.

Our ideal candidate:

• Is an experienced accountant associate for a minimum of 1 year and basic knowledge of GAAP preferred. 
• Quickbooks online experience preferred.
• Experience working in a variety of industries from church, non-profit, and marketplace.
• Prioritizes communication and loves working on a team.
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing environment.
• Is technology savvy and comfortable with using a variety of accounting systems, including MS Office or G-Suite.
• Who loves to serve people, is collaborative, and is organized.
• Has a heart for serving the church, loves Jesus, and is excited to grow the capital “C” church.
