WHAT'S YOUR DAY AS AN ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE - OFFICE ASSISTANT IS LIKE?

As the Accounting Associate - Office Assistant, you are essential to providing financial and clerical support to our plumbing office. Your responsibilities include performing general accounting duties, completing data entry, verifying information, and organizing records with meticulous attention to detail. You manage and process invoices, ensure timely payments, and track receivables. You maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including expense reports and reconciliations, and assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets. Additionally, as an accounting clerk, you prepare financial reports and summaries for management review and offer administrative support to the accounting department. You also assist team members with various clerical tasks as needed, contributing to efficient and seamless daily operations.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM OUR ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE - OFFICE ASSISTANT?

We're looking for a problem-solving clerk who can work Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM while meeting the following qualifications:

• 3 years of accounting experience
• QuickBooks experience
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Basic accounting skills
• Great people skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Highly organized with the ability to take on special projects

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceTitan experience
• Knowledge of the San Francisco area
• Current driver's license
• Bilingual
• Text Savvy
