Accounting Clerk - Billing and Collections - Competitive Edge Advertising Specialty Mfg. Co.

Job duties include:

• Billing: Responsible for daily invoicing of product shipments
• Collections: Perform collection efforts on outstanding accounts receivable balances
• Prepare monthly customer statements and weekly aging reports
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the principles of accounting
• Formal accounting education a plus
• Experience with processing accounts receivables in accounting software
• Experience with accounts receivables collection efforts
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Computer & Office Equipment Skills:

• QuickBooks online experience required 
• Knowledge of and experience with Excel
• Excellent data entry and 10-key skills
• Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus
