Accounting Clerk at Creative Financial Staffing

Our Client is looking for a sharp accounting coordinator to join their team. They have a fun and energetic culture that fosters and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable: process vendor invoices, verify payment terms, and ensure timely payments.

• Manage accounts receivables: Record incoming payments and assist in collections (over the phone, email and mail)

• Assist with general ledger postings and adjusting entries

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Accounting preferred

• Comfortable with using excel and learning new accounting software

• 1+ year of accounting experience prefeed

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage time, and train staff.
