Accounting Clerk - Robert Half

Description We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Fife, Washington. This role involves a diverse range of responsibilities across various accounting and finance departments, providing an excellent opportunity to develop a broad skill set in the industry. Responsibilities include: - Engaging in General Ledger (GL) accounting, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) - Managing billing tasks and providing backup for biller and filing duties - Processing expense reports and handling new vendor process - Conducting periodic credit reviews and setting up new customer accounts - Assisting in supply ordering, including coffee supplies for the office - Managing mail operations and scanning duties - Utilizing various systems such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and invoice processing - Participating in account reconciliation activities and providing backup for scanner - Collaborating with a team for efficient functioning of the accounting department. This The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurances; participation in the company's 401(k) plan with match and 10 days of paid vacation, 5 days of paid sick leave and 10 paid holidays per calendar year.
