• The Accounting clerk will process and enter accounts payable invoices daily
• Answer all vendor inquiries
• The Accounting clerk will reconcile bank statements
• Setup new vendors and maintain existing vendors in accounting software as requested
• Creating accounts payable weekly reports
• High volume data entry

What the company needs in an Accounting clerk:

• 1-3 years of accounting experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
