Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, First Shift 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $19-$21/hr DOE
Location: Kennesaw, GA
Experience: 6+ months of Accounting Clerk experience

Accounting Clerk Job Responsibilities:

• Provide financial, administrative and clerical services

• Initiate check run process

• Match invoices to purchase orders

• Process and monitor payments & the AR system

• Perform reconciliations and provide resolutions 

• Set up new accounts

Accounting Clerk Preferred Skills: 

• Able to operate computerized accounting programs

• Proficient with accounting terminology 

• Able to work independently 

Accounting Clerk Requirements may include:

• Must have relevant Accounting experience   

• Must have advanced mathematical skills

• Able to provide 2 professional references

•  Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen

•  Willingness to take skill assessments as needed
