Accounting Clerk - MOLARI Employment and HealthCare Services

Our Lee client in Lee is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is essential for supporting Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, as well as maintaining and updating database records. This is an onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:30-5:00 position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Perform data entry tasks into the SAP database system.
• Update and maintain accurate vendor information, including making calls to vendors to verify and update details.
• Handle filing and organization of financial documents.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks performed.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an accounting or clerical role preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent organizational and filing skills.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AP/AR processes.
• Experience with database management and updates.
