The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) Southcoast Region Support Services is looking for an Accounting Clerk in Juneau to help us Keep Alaska Moving!
What you will be doing:Under general direction of the Southcoast Region Support Services Administrative Officer I, the incumbent provides administrative and clerical support to Southcoast Region staff.
The incumbent independently performs a variety of administrative functions in the areas of accounting, personnel, payroll, travel and special projects. The work involved typically consists of a variety of routine duties that differ in nature. The incumbent is required to adapt internal processes to meet the needs of the position´s unit in multiple administrative functional areas. Duties are well defined, require attention to detail and are completed in compliance with specific guidelines.Our organization, mission, and culture:
