Accounting Clerk
Location: Phoenix, Arizona (central)
Temp-to-perm (in-office)
We are seeking an accounting clerk to join a busy invoicing, collections and accounting team. This is an exciting opportunity ideal for an entry level candidate who wants to obtain high volume billing experience within a professional atmosphere and growing team.
Duties:
·Produce client invoices
·Payment posting
·Discrepancy research & Resolve
·Reconciliations
·Assisting AR Team with collections
Qualifications:
·1 year of accounting support experience
·Ability to complete a high volume of tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
·Experience using Word, Excel and Outlook
·Strong attention to detail
