Accounting Clerk - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Hi All, I'm currently recruiting for and Accounting Clerk in Raleigh NC.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proofing and editing electronic payroll records
• Processing AP invoices
• New Hire paperwork for all employee and light HR duties
• Creating labor reports and analysis
• Materials inventory reconciliations
• Farms system administrative duties
• Various accounting and general administrative tasks
• Perform other job-related duties as needed or directed

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:

• Ability to work well independently and as a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Multi-tasking
• Very detail oriented
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to travel between Raleigh, NC, and Labelle, FL is required as needed

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Two to three years' accounting experience preferred
