OVERVIEW:
The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting with correspondence and day-to-day operations
- Maintaining records
- Data entry and general office duties
- Assisting the Accounting office in their needs
- Preparing reports and maintaining files
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A team player with a strong capacity to interact well with staff in a "team atmosphere"
- Quality writing and grammar skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Extremely professional and dependable
- Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines efficiently
- Good Communication Skills
