About the Job
- Regulatory Alert Oversight: Review and assign alerts to the appropriate accounting team for further review
- Compliance Testing: Perform MAR Control testing for Accounting Compliance
- Financial & Access Controls: Financial: Ensure changes are authorized by reviewing results; Access: Verify that access changes are properly authorized to avoid conflicts
- Audit & Access Reports: Run and review audit reports to ensure all changes are authorized; Review logical access reports to monitor access points
- Audit Report Reconciliation: Conduct monthly reviews to ensure daily reports captured all changes, addressing any known issues
- FBDI & Subledger Queries: Analyze query results to ensure unauthorized entries aren't being made
- Inactive Employee Report: Review weekly reports to identify employee status changes and update access accordingly
- Compliance Report Monitoring: Review monthly compliance audit reports
- Quarterly Recertification: Compile and send user access reports to management for review
- Event & OIC Monitoring: Monitor key system activities and changes to integrations
- Release Testing: Conduct regression and smoke testing for key system functionalities
- OCI Access Recertification: Compile and review user access reports quarterly for accuracy
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of accounting experience preferably in Audit
- Must be flexible and willing to help
- Hard worker
- Very analytical
- Oracle experience is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
