Accounting Contractor at KBW Financial

An established Software company located in Boston, MA is actively seeking a Bookkeeper for an immediate, temporary opening. This position can be remote and with be reporting to the CFO The Bookkeeping will be responsible for supporting the CFO with any AP, AR, and GL needs.

Responsibilities:

• Month end close
• Reconciliations
• Building out processes
• Create and review financial statements.
• Process AP and AR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of Pivot table and V look ups
• Experience with ERP systems a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with QuickBooks
