About the Job
Due to an internal move, we are hiring and accounts payable coordinator to join our AP team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting/resolving a high volume of invoices accurately and within vendor terms for our Accounts Payable system along with providing your strong customer service skills when working with our vendors and business partners and escalate issues timely as needed. In addition, you will assist with process improvements and projects as assigned.
This position is located at our Arden Hills, MN corporate headquarters (Hybrid work arrangement each week)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED required along with related work experience. Bachelor's degree in lieu of related experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated computer skills in MS Office, Excel, and ERP Systems.
- Needs to be organized and have a strong attention to detail while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Must demonstrate effective interpersonal communication skills, demonstrate initiative, and possess analytical problem-solving skills.
Pay range depending upon experience: $19-$24/hour
