Responsibilities of the Accounting Coordinator
- Maintain a record of accounts payable/receivable
- Issuing invoices and sending invoices to corresponding persons
- Resolve account discrepancies and report discrepancies to accounts payable manager
- Post journal entries into proprietary accounting software system
- Possible work with month-end and year end closings.
- Providing cost standards for materials and labor
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Administrator
- At least 1-2 years of accounting experience
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to use excel
- Ability to work independently and as a team
