- CORE acts as an outsourced CFO and Portfolio Management team for several best of breed mid-sized family offices and real estate development / investment companies
- Additionally, CORE raises capital for real estate projects ranging from opportunistic ground up construction to the upstream refinancing and recapitalization of stabilized assets.
- Sahara Investment Group manages two private equity funds, focusing on real estate debt financing primarily in Nevada.

CORE is seeking an Accounting Coordinator / Bookkeeper to play a pivotal role within our family office team. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with sophisticated financial professionals and contribute to shaping financial strategies across our various business verticals.

The Accounting Coordinator / Bookkeeper primary focus will be to assist management with leading of CORE’s Family Office platform. The successful candidate sought is a high impact professional, who thrives in a team environment, and will be motivated by the mission and values of the Company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and ensure accurate financial records.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Oversee and handle sensitive family office materials.
- Assist in the development and implementation of family office strategies.
- Collect, organize, and manage confidential company information.
- Support senior staff and clients with financial documentation and reporting.
- Maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
- Handle daily financial administrative tasks and time management.
- Deliver and collect sensitive documents, payments, and other ad hoc items.
- Undertake other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications:
- Highly motivated, self-starter that is proactive and capable of meeting and exceeding pre-defined deadlines and goals
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google suite (specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google suite of online products)
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping software which will include but is not limited to QuickBooks and Sage 100
- High degree of attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Personable with a positive attitude with desire to learn and grow, both professionally and personally
- The ability to work autonomously, be proactive, multi-task, prioritize, organize, communicate, and function on a small team in a collegial environment while executing numerous projects and task concurrently
- Strong sense of responsibility and personal ownership over work

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Currently pursuing or holding a 4-year degree from an accredited university (preferably in Accounting or a related field). Equivalent experience will also be considered.
Compensation:
Competitive salary based on personal performance and division performance. Compensation based on qualifications and dependent on experience.
