Accounting Coordinator                                                              

Report to: Controller

The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining a system to accurately account for all client, vendor, and regulatory agency invoices. Duties of the Accounting Coordinator include but not limited to the following tasks:

• Post all client, vendor, and regulatory agency invoices.
• Maintain an accurate listing of client, vendor, and regulatory agency invoices.
• Provide weekly project status reports to the Controller, Project Manager, and CEO.
• Maintain an accurate listing of all regulatory licenses and their renewal date.
• Notify all credit card holders of undocumented credit card receipts.
• Maintain an up-to-date workpaper on income and expense items as identified by the Controller.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma plus five years of experience

• Degree in Accounting or relevant field plus two years of experience.
