What you'll do:
The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for assisting of billing of customers invoices, and accounts payables.
- Assist with reviewing, tracking, and/or reporting expenses and revenue
- Assist with revenue and expense forecasting
- Assist with research and resolution for A/P, A/R and PO inquiries
- Perform data entry into various financial applications.
- Issue purchase orders and customer invoices.
- Assist with coding and/or reclassifying expenses
- Assist with balancing the revenue report and reporting expense accruals and deferrals
- Perform other duties as required.
What it takes to be successful in this role:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of relevant experience and/or education
- Must be able to display a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Excellent customer service skills
- Microsoft Office software expertise, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
- Ability to sit and work on a computer and telephone for prolonged periods of time
- Physical dexterity to perform the clerical functions which are inherent to the position, such as: data entry via computer keyboard, writing, operating a telephone, and filing

- Be aware of, and adhere to, safety practices and policies to ensure your own safety, as well as the safety of others who may be affected by your actions at work
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines

- Ability to communicate and interact effectively in verbal written and presentation formats
- Must possess the fundamental technical and administrative skills required to perform the job duties
- Must be customer focused and quality driven
- Ability to travel as business needs dictate
