About the Job
Seeking a Accounting / Financial Executive Assistant to work closely with the finance department to provide support to both the financial operations and the Executive team. Tasks would include assisting with project cost control to ensure financial data is accurate and up to date. Preparing reports for executive meetings, keeping departments aligned with financial goals, taking meeting minutes and various other admin duties.
MUST have experience:
· Budgeting and forecasting
· Expense management
· Financial reporting
