Accounting and Finance Manager at KBW Financial

Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager include:

• Manage accounting team to ensure accurate production of financial reporting
• Evaluate processes and procedures to ensure efficiency
• Review contracts to ensure compliance with ASC 606
• Manage month end close and reconciliations
• Oversee SOX 404 compliance
• Review credit and AR
• Hire and manage an accounting team
• Manage relationship with external vendors and auditors
• Interface with internal stakeholders
• Prepare for and manage external audit
• Support other accounting initiatives as need

Requirements for the Accounting Manager include:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
• More than five years accounting experience
• Prior experience with SOX controls
• Good systems skills

Compensation: to $150,000 plus benefits
