Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

Work Setup: Hybrid - In-office 3 days/week

What you’ll do:

• Manage grant accounting and reporting for federal and non-federal grants
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting
• Handle month-end close, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
• Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with budgets and grant requirements

What we’re looking for:

• 4-5 years of nonprofit accounting experience
• Strong grant management and federal reporting expertise
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, ADP Workforce Now, and Excel
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
