Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:

• The Accounting Manager will oversee/review the day-to-day accounting work of staff and monthly close
• Financial Statement preparation
• Maintain fixed assets
• Analyze, standardize, and improve processes
• Assist the internal controls team
• Provide financial/business guidance for strategic decisions
• Assist IT group with maximizing the efficiencies of the systems for accounting and reporting purposes
• Liaison for internal and external auditors

Qualifications Preferred of Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Manufacturing or CPG experience preferred
• Large ERP preferred
• CPA preferred

•Expected annual salary between $110,000 and $130,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications
