Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:

• Manage and record new loans, refinances, and construction draws; coordinate with lenders to provide financial statements and review debt service ratios.
• Oversee escrow balance analysis and manage reimbursement paperwork submissions.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
• Complete monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and deliver variance analysis reports.
• Facilitate distributions according to LLC operating agreements.
• Supervise bank loan reconciliations and manage the accounts receivable and payable processes.
• Support year-end tax compliance and assist in preparing documentation for year-end audits.
• Evaluate, design, and implement internal financial controls, accounting processes, and policies, aiming for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation is a plus.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, accrual accounting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with Entrada software is a plus.
