Accounting Manager - Construction - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Specialized construction company located near West LA is looking for an Accounting Manager. In this hands-on position and reporting to the Controller, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting processes and overseeing a small team. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for month/quarter/year-end close, project accounting, job costing, and overseeing accounts payable & receivable. The Accounting Manager will manage and assist with fiscal budget preparation, commission calculation, cash flow reporting, reconcile labor estimates, ensure accurate contractor billing, and work closely with additional management personnel on various projects.

• Qualified candidates will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Construction industry experience is required.
• QuickBooks and strong MS Office experience are also required.
• Must have excellent communication and leadership skills.
• $90 - 100k.
