Addison Group is working with a fantastic client who is looking for an Accounting Manager to come in as a consultant! The ideal candidate will be Willing to take on responsibility to learn the business, manage a small team of 4, managing the transactional accounting, audits, process improvement, and experience with full financial oversight. The Interim Accounting Manager position has compensation up to $65/hr. depending on applicable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and supervise the company’s financial strategy.
- Manage the company’s financial accounts, budget, cash receipts and financial assets. Provide insight to turn profits around and provide advice on process improvements
- Automate their manual process.
- Be point of contact and resource for transactional processors, willing to roll up their sleeves and step in to process invoices etc.
- Oversee the company’s transactions and debts and do cash flow forecasting
- Perform the company’s financial audits
- Follow proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives
- Monitor and analyze financial accounting data
- Create financial reports based on data analysis
