What You'll Do:
As the Controller, you will oversee all accounting and financial operations, ensuring precision and compliance at every level. Here’s a look at your key responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including Billing, Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), and General Ledger (GL) functions.
• Prepare and publish monthly financial statements promptly and accurately.
• Lead the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and analyze/report on any variances.
• Ensure quality control across all financial transactions and reporting, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements, including tax filings.
• Prepare and manage monthly journal entries for accruals and prepaid accounts.
• Analyze accounting data to generate insightful financial reports that drive informed decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, CPA preferred 
• 5+ years of experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP 
• Demonstrated financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and internal controls experience 
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
