Vaco has partnered with our client to assist them in filling an Accounting Manager position with Construction industry experience.
The Accounting professional will oversee the complete Month End Close process, including General Ledger management, AP/AR operations, and Product & Labor Costing
Our client's corporate office is situated near Windsor, NJ.
Construction industry experience is an essential requirement for this position.
Accounting Manager – Construction
Location: near East Windsor, NJ (On-Site)
Compensation: $140,000 - $150,000 annually, plus bonus
Key Duties:
Oversee Monthly Closing Procedures, encompassing:
General Ledger Maintenance and Entry Adjustments
Review and Interpretation of Financial Reports
Accounts Payable and Receivable Management
Liquidity Assessment and Monitoring
Financial Planning and Projections
Conduct Product and Workforce Cost Analysis
Execute Revenue Acknowledgment Protocols
Provide Support During Auditing Processes
Required Qualifications:
Proven track record in Construction accounting
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
Minimum 7-10 years of relevant Accounting expertise
Proficiency in complex Excel functions and operations
Preferred Skills:
Experience with ViewPoint Vista ERP system

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
