We are highly trained specialists in pelvic floor dysfunction, inclusive but not limited to sexual dysfunction, pelvic pain, endometriosis, fertility, incontinence, pregnancy-related issues and pain, bowel issues, sexual trauma and general women's and men's health issues.

About the role

What you"ll do

• Perform month-end close responsibilities

• Manage AP process and contractor

• Perform our (small) AR function, which includes input of Sales from Jane.app (our POS/EMR system)

• Prepare monthly financial statements, and issue them to our CEO for review by the close of the first week of the month

• Provide analysis of month-over-month movement within accounts

• Manage routine Sage Intacct upkeep

• Manage journal entries within Sage

• Manage Sage Intacct connections with third-party software (e.g. Rippling, etc.)

• Manage Rippling"s Spend Management (i.e. our corporate cards)

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an Accounting Manager
• Experience with Sage Intacct preferred (open to proposals if you have experience with another ERP like NetSuite, etc.)
• Experience managing journal entries, spend management, and routine upkeep
• Is able to commute in person 1 day per week to our Fairfax, VA location (the schedule for this position is hybrid - remote)
