About You: We are looking for an Accounting Manager who will manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.

Essential Functions:
- Manage all accounting operations including, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Purchasing
- Month-end and year-end close processing and timely financial reporting
- Daily cash management and reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting, including financial cash projections and periodic variance reporting and analysis
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
- Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years related experience preferred
- Excellent Excel skills and proficient in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent reconciliation, logistical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse groups
- Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable, well organized
- Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers
- Ability to plan, organize, and implement projects, successfully completing on time
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to read and effectively interpret general business documentation
