• They are searching for and Interim Accounting Manager who will support their year end close, payroll, grant billing and audit management.

About the Interim Accounting Manager Role: Accounting Manager

• Handle grant billing and provide reports of findings
• Manage Accounts Payable using QuickBooks
• Enter invoices and process weekly check runs
• Processing employee payroll using Paychex for 10 employees, bi-weekly
• Assist with year-end audit

Preferred Qualifications: Accounting Manager

• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles
• Solution-oriented, high level of efficiency, self-starter and self-sufficient
• Comfortable around conversations involving equity and inclusion as part of a feminist organization
• Ability to work within Paychex, QBO, and bill.com are a plus!
• Previous experience with audits and federal grant funding
