Accounting Manager - RRC Solutions Group

Our client, an equipment manufacturer, is seeking an Accounting Manager to join its team. This is an on-site opportunity located in West Knoxville. The candidate will work with the company's controller and will supervise two members of the accounting/finance team. Job duties include but are not limited to:

o Overseeing all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets
o Provide support in the preparation of tax returns and annual financial audits and review
o Preparing financial reports
o Compiling, reviewing and analyzing all accounting transactions and data
o Oversight and support of service and manufacturing operations
o Payroll processing
o Financial forecasting
o Cash management and bank reconciliation
o Providing support for month-end close, journal entries and general ledger analysis

Qualified candidates will have the following:

o Bachelor's degree in accounting
o Master's degree is a big plus
o Ten years of progressive experience in an accounting role
o Leadership and supervisory experience
o Strong Excel and ERP skills
