Manufacturing Accounting Manager - Salary is up to $100,000 + Target 20% Bonus - Work/Life Balance - Onsite in Lewisburg TN - Permanent Direct Hire

My client, a growing and dynamic manufacturing company, is seeking an Accounting Manager due to promotion. This role will be groomed to move up in the next two years. This company offers leadership training, great work life balance, benefits including 401k match, and a supportive culture. Onsite in Lewisburg, TN M-Thurs 7-4:15 and Friday 7-12. TN. The salary is up to $100,00 plus 20% target bonus. Permanent direct hire. Must have manufacturing accounting experience.

Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:

• Oversee and perform accounting daily operations and assist with strategy.
• Perform cost accounting, month end close, cash receipts, general ledger, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, fixed asset activity, debt activity, etc.
• Manage and oversee Installer compliance and contract review.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data.
• Set up and monitor accounting KPI's.
• Regularly produce financial reports.
• Oversight and management of the monthly cycle counts on inventory.
• Perform and oversee annual audits.
• Provide recommendations to non-accountants.

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• Manufacturing cost experience is required.
• Ability to work onsite in Lewisburg TN M-F.
• Bachelor Degree is required.
