The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance
- Prepare financial statements per GAAP and IFRS standards
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monitor financial performance
- Oversee general ledger, tax compliance, and cost accounting
- Develop and maintain internal controls; manage audit processes
- Manage ERP systems, drive process efficiencies, support 401k and payroll functions
- Provide direct management to three direct reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA preferred
- 7+ years of accounting experience
- 4+ years in leadership or management role
- Manufacturing industry background is required.
- Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge
- Expertise in ERP (SAP, Oracle or similar), finance/accounting software (Great Plains preferred) and Excel.

- Base salary in the 85k-100k range
