AccountStaff is currently looking for an Accounting Manager due to a recent promotion. This role will oversee the day-to-day accounting functions and will oversee two employees. Must have proven QuickBooks experience
Job Details:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare weekly cash flow forecast
- Monitor all banking transactions
- Record daily cash receipts
- Review past due receivables and take proactive measures to ensure timely payments from customers
- Perform credit inquiries for all new customers
- Prepare work-in-process schedule
- Reconcile intercompany accounts
- Reconcile inventory detail
- Manage annual physical inventory
- Record total job costs allocated for projects to the general ledger
- Review all G/L accounts for accuracy and investigate irregularities
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statement package
- Prepare and maintain a comprehensive commercial insurance schedule
- Prepare multiple state sales & use returns
- Prepare sales commission schedule
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Must have QB experience
