Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven Accounting Manager to lead all revenue and Gross to Net Revenue activities. This role will also involve reporting and analyzing standard costing, though not handling the day-to-day accounting for costing. The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Controller and work closely with various departments including External Manufacturing, Market Access, FP&A, Procurement, and Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities:

- Lead month-end close activities for standard cost, including preparation and posting of journal entries into NetSuite and input into Hyperion Financial Management systems

- Prepare and maintain monthly account reconciliations for all standard cost activities

- Review and record intercompany transactions related to capitalization/standard cost

- Collaborate with External Manufacturing to ensure alignment with standard cost policies and procedures

- Manage and oversee month-end close activities for gross to net revenue recognition on five commercial products

- Review monthly account reconciliations for gross to net activities, including accruals and reserves

- Ensure accuracy for intercompany sales transactions

- Collaborate with Market Access to ensure gross to net policies and procedures align with industry standards and IFRS

- Align with third-party logistics to track sales and accounts receivable for commercial products

- Ensure third-party logistics are recording product activities in line with company policies

- Manage reconciliation of operating cash accounts for three legal entities, including cash concentration

Qualifications:

- BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- 5+ years’ experience in an accounting role, with 5 years of standard cost and gross to net accounting experience preferred

- Gross to Net Revenue experience required

- Standard Costing experience is a strong plus but not required

- NetSuite experience strongly preferred; SAP/D4 experience a plus

- Proficient with MS Office, Advanced Excel skills desired (e.g., macros, v-lookups, pivot tables)

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract and organize data

- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
