The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of process improvement

Advanced Excel software and Management Experience is Required

Accounting Manager
Salary: $90-105k
Near Somerset, NJ – (IN-OFFICE)
Responsibilities:Manage a small AR & AP Team
Ensure timely Invoice Management and Cash Management
Oversee Payment and Collection Activity
Compile Financial Reports related to AP/AR
Improve Existing Bad Debt and Collection Processes
Manipulate Complex Data Sets in Excel and Resolve Discrepancies
Oversee AR Age Reporting
Manage Client and Vendor Relationships
Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
In-Depth Knowledge of both Accounts Receivables and Payables
Advanced Excel – pivot tables & lookups
Possess Excellent and Full Scope Credit Knowledge
5+ yrs Management experience, a must
ERP software, a plus
