Summary
As the Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of the organization overseeing the AP, AR, and Payroll functions. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising a team of employees and assisting the Controller in financial reporting for AOI. The successful candidate will serve as backup for AOI’s SEC reporting and support both external and internal audits.
Job Responsibilities

Manage AOI US AP/AR and Payroll

Train, mentor, and supervisor employees

Assist Controller to manage AOI China and AOI Taiwan Financial reporting and FX risk mitigation

Assist SEC reporting such as 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K
-
Assist in external and internal audits

Other duties to assist Controller
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Active CPA License
-
Preferred Bilingual in Chinese Mandarin.

Proven 10 years experience in Financial Role

Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
Location
This position will be on-site based in Sugar Land, Texas.
