Full Charge Bookkeeper

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of financial recordkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing budgets, handling month-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager :

• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
• The accounting manager will manage accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements to maintain accurate records.
• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and deadlines.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
• The accounting manager will manage journal entries, accruals, and adjustments during the month-end closing process.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes and monitor financial performance against budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.

Qualifications of the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a full charge capacity.
• Must have experience with Sage100 ERP
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
