Responsibilities

• Oversees operations for multiple offices, supervising department heads and staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolution of operational issues. Provides recommendations to senior management.
• Administers various insurance programs, including health, liability, property, and workers' compensation. Manages claims, legal representation, and settlement processes.
• Manages capital projects, overseeing design, bidding, and construction phases.
• Represents senior management in labor negotiations, analyzing financial data and preparing necessary documentation.
• Handles long-term debt acquisition and coordinates risk management programs for the organization.
• Completes special assignments and acts as a liaison for senior management as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 5 years of experience in accounting and finance
• CPA a plus
• Interest in local government

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range is $80,000 to $100,000
• In office role in Wooster, including some travel
