Description
Everi is seeking an Accounting Specialist with a knack for detail, strong technical skills, and the expertise to handle critical accounting tasks that keep our financial operations running smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional with experience in accounts payables, invoicing, and month-end close procedures.
What Will You Be Doing?
Accounts Management: Check and verify cost accounting, accounts payable, and receivable records; manage invoicing, prepare monthly billing and accruals.
Data Processing: Post journal entries, process customer reports, handle ATPs, SRFs, sales orders, and execute non-daily billings accurately and timely.
Reconciliations: Actively monitor and reconcile customer accounts, vendor statements, and manage discrepancies in coordination with purchasing and department leaders.
Reporting & Communication: Generate and distribute invoices, statements, and reports; communicate with team members to maintain and validate customer accounts.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:
Education: Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 5-8 years in accounting (accounts receivable preferred), with a strong track record in customer account management, invoicing, and month-end close processes.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for complex spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with accounting software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is$28.00 - $29.00 per hour and overtime eligible.
