Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
$75,000 - $90,000 base annually

Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
- Perform daily bank reconciliations, general ledger analysis, and contribute to special projects and surveys as needed
- Support the processing of bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls
- Prepare and present weekly cash flow reports for management
- Handle quarterly bank compliance and government filing reports
- Manage annual state and local tax reports, including city business and property taxes
- Lead the preparation and analysis of annual departmental budget reports
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a finance role, with a focus on payroll and general accounting
- Experience in a law firm environment is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Expertise in automated payroll systems is essential
- Knowledge of Aderant is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
