RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST:

• Data entry of approximately 100-200 invoices daily
• The Accounting Specialist will match invoices against purchase order for dollar amounts
• Data entry to Excel, review and verify accuracy of entries
• The Accounting Specialist will be trained to back up accounting functions across the team
• Assist with check runs and vendor maintenance

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST ROLE:

• Accounts Payable experience
• General accounting experience or exposure
• Strong desire to acquire additional accounting skills
• Advanced Excel skills

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience. This is an in-office position.
