This role is hybrid in SE Portland, and has the potential to convert to permanent! As the sole AP processor for the organization, you will play a vital role, working closely with leadership and collaborating across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle accounts payable, including processing invoices, managing payments, and vendor relations.
- Ensure timely and accurate bill payments for vendors.
- Handle reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and maintain detailed financial records.
- Support month-end close activities and general ledger maintenance.
- Assist with financial reporting and other accounting duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
